Service scope and delivery
We work with casino owners, buyers, sellers, and property IT teams as required and can manage the entire IT and CMS project for a casino or hotel acquisition, divestiture, merger, or carve-out. Together with your IT team, we carry out discovery and technical due diligence, assess infrastructure, identity, network connectivity, applications, data, licensing, and support dependencies, and define the target environment, transition scope, schedule, and budget. Acquisition work covers integrating the property into corporate networks, identity, cloud, security, and support arrangements. Divestiture work covers establishing an independent environment, separating tenants and domains, segmenting networks, transferring agreed data, removing shared access, and coordinating transitional services. We manage procurement, vendors, implementation, testing, phased cutovers, rollback plans, and go-live support across the agreed IT workstreams. The IT and CMS plan also covers CMS vendor coordination, licensing and access dependencies, data and interface validation, and transition support within the agreed scope. Acceptance records, access reviews, operating documentation, and handover help the receiving IT team maintain business continuity and avoid leaving unowned systems or access behind.
We can deliver this agreed project with or without an internal IT department, working directly with your leadership and vendors or alongside your IT staff. Your leadership approves key decisions; application vendors retain responsibility for their application configuration and migration tools.
Acquisition and integration
We work with your IT team and can manage the agreed IT and CMS transition into the acquiring organization, including target architecture, network and identity integration, application and data dependencies, vendor coordination, migration testing, cutover, and support handover.
Divestiture and separation
We work with your IT team and can manage the agreed IT and CMS separation into a standalone or receiving environment, including tenant and domain separation, shared-system dependencies, data transfer, access removal, transitional services, validation, cutover, and operating handover.
Together, we agree the systems, responsibilities, implementation plan, validation criteria, and handover documentation. Platform features depend on the selected products and licensing.
