Service scope and delivery

We work with your IT team to standardize, configure, and deploy Windows workstations and laptops using Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Group Policy, or another agreed management approach. We configure device enrollment, application packages, identity integration, endpoint protection, disk encryption, update policies, and local administrator access where supported. User data, printers, and peripherals are included in the deployment plan. Pilot builds and acceptance testing help identify application issues before rollout, while asset and configuration records make the fleet easier to manage.

Together, we agree the systems, responsibilities, implementation plan, validation criteria, and handover documentation. Platform features depend on the selected products and licensing.
